While each organization is unique, we have found that they often share similar requirements. We work closely with each of their management teams (whether a board or a private company) to determine the priorities of each organization. Our goal is to provide as seamless a transition as possible.
While there is always a learning curve with any new position, we’ll go the extra mile to help shorten that curve. As an independent contractor, NautiCom Communications, Inc. will provide you with a team of professionals ready to address all of your organization’s needs.
It is our understanding that the bulk of the work for these positions is administrative. That will include, but not be limited to, regular information distribution to the membership, meeting and event notices, agenda development as well as attendance at monthly board and membership meetings as well as board minutes. We would act as a key pivot point between your committees and the board of directors. We have a well-appointed office with the most up-to-date equipment and computer software available to help accomplish these tasks. As we are in the people business—our telephones are answered by a real-live person during normal business hours (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Database management is vital to an organization’s success and the ability to track attendance, business leads, new member candidates, etc. is the most important tool for any Association. We currently utilize various database management programs to best Communication with members is critical. We have an excellent internet system currently in place as well as an email distribution program that allows us to target specific groups easily through email marketing.
