- Create detailed timeline and budget for successful implementation of event - Work with designers to create print collaterals (sponsor package, registration cards, program book, web site info, etc.)

- Coordinate media exposure of event through press releases

- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics (i.e. venue, décor, permitting, food/beverage, etc)

- Attend and create detailed time-lined agendas/scripts

- Act as a year-round resource for the staff and volunteer committee for all aspects of the event (i.e. sponsorships, insurance and liability, registration development, media promotion, auction/raffle, etc.)

- Coordinate event registration

- Will act as on-site logistics lead during event

- Handle follow-up thank you letters to sponsors, donors, participants and volunteers
